Aaron Kutadzaushe obtained his LLB (Honours) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. Before being registered as a legal practitioner, Aaron worked as a Public Prosecutor under the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) of Zimbabwe and was stationed at Harare Magistrates’ Court (Rotten Row). During his time at the NPA, he prosecuted cases of varying magnitudes including armed robbery, fraud, unlawful entry and culpable homicide offences. After being registered as a legal practitioner, Aaron crossed from NPA to private practice He has interests in litigation on property, family, commercial and criminal law cases. He also handled constitutional and administrative cases. Currently, he handles labour matters, property law disputes, mining law disputes, commercial law issues and criminal law cases. He is the point lawyer for joint venture agreements, tribute agreements, insolvency and liquidation matters at the firm.
