Mr. Mangwana is a well seasoned senior practicing lawyer with over 35 years’ experience in the field. He opened his firm in 1987 in Chinhoyi and has grown it to what it is today. His first passion was criminal law and now he has branched out into various aspects of law including Property Law, indigenization, company registration and secretarial work, and estate law.He also served in the Government of Zimbabwe as a Cabinet Minister from 2000-2008 in a number of portfolios. - Labour and Social Welfare,
- Minister of Indigenisation and Empowerment.
In April 2009, Mangwana was appointed to represent Zanu-PF as co-chair of the Parliamentary Select Committee that steered the making of Zimbabwe’s new constitution which came into force in 2013.
Mr. Mangwana has a diverse pool of knowledge regarding the law because of his extensive years of service. He has accomplished much by opening as many branches of his practice as he has and serving in the government in the time that he has.
